Frequently Asked Questions

You’ve got questions – and we’ve got answers! Here are some common questions we get, and our response.

Any kind! Whether you’re looking for a car, truck, boat or helicopter, we can wrap any type of vehicle with our custom, high quality wraps.

Our wraps are purchased through trusted suppliers and installed by certified technicians. This means that your wrap is not only of the highest quality, but also covered under warranty for things such as fading, dents, peeling, and more.

Yes – paint protection will keep your paint or wrap in pristine condition. No more having to worry about going “off the beaten track” – your vehicle will be well protected.

Our technicians can use primer on curves and contours of your vehicle to ensure the film adheres to every groove.

Gentle cleaning products are recommended for your wrap or paint protection. Ask your technician for certified products that we offer through our suppliers.

Fingerprints can show up, especially on matte cars. To remove them, use a clean microfibre towel and undiluted rubbing alcohol – then wipe dry.

The best place to keep your vehicle is in a garage or shaded area. As with anything, the elements can damage the install. A great option is to use a cloth cover if you don’t have access to either of these.

We recommend an average of 72 hours – however when you come in and we perform the work, we’ll let you know exactly how long you’ll have to wait.

Yes, we can certainly provide more than one service for your vehicle at a time. When you come in for your consultation, we’ll let you know what to expect in terms of timing for the time your vehicle will be in the shop.

We use only the best – 3m, Avery Dennison and Hexis, which are 2 of the most reputable suppliers in the industry, backed by product guarantees.

Depending on the type and level of the install you have performed (ie. paint protection as a basic, standard or premium package), the timing will differ. However, our goal is always to keep your vehicle for as little time as possible, while ensuring a quality install.

Wraps can safely be removed up to 4 years after install, on average. If you’d like your wrap removed, we can safely and effectively do so.

Yes, you certainly can. However, be careful not to use too much, and to not use an applicator that is abrasive or rough. Using a wax with lesser chemicals is also preferred. Choosing the right finish wax is important. Do not use glossy wax on matt or satin finish wrap.

We specialize in custom wraps and paint protection – so no need to worry whether or not your vehicle fits into a standardized cut. We’ll work to get you the perfect fit.

Although our film has built-in UV inhibitors and extra coating, it’s best to keep your vehicle out of direct sunlight if possible. This will avoid excessive elemental damage and prolong the longevity of your install. Other options would be adding some Ceramic coating, PPF sealant or wax.

Your car painter (body shop) is the person who can provide the right information about time period need for the paint to fully cure before PPF can be installed. You can also come in and see us – we’ll determine the safest way to install our paint protection without damaging your fresh paint job and ensure optimal results.
